Carrie Howell brings more than 25 years of legal experience supporting organizations in the energy, oil and gas, and construction sectors.
She began her career as a Legal Assistant with the Oil and Gas Group of a national law firm before moving in-house, where she has worked with both public and private companies. Throughout her career, Carrie has supported General Counsel, Corporate Secretaries, executive teams, and boards of directors on a wide range of corporate governance and compliance matters.
Carrie has completed Alberta CORES Level I and II and brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to supporting corporate governance and corporate records management.
